Barre Attack

BARRE ATTACK™ is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. 

Barre classes are social, fun, energetic and can be easily modified for any fitness level. Don't be scared off, you do not require any ballet or pilates experience, all you need is a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
