BARRE ATTACK™ is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.
Barre classes are social, fun, energetic and can be easily modified for any fitness level. Don't be scared off, you do not require any ballet or pilates experience, all you need is a great attitude and a willingness to work hard.
